(CALVERT CITY, Ky.) — A Calvert City man found himself in a rather exposed situation Sunday evening after a smoke session apparently took a turn for the worse.
Officers responded to a report of a nude, bleeding man in his own driveway on May 17, 2026 — a sight that likely surprised the neighbors more than anyone. Upon making contact, the man, identified as Alan J. Devine, 61, was candid with authorities, admitting he had recently smoked a bowl and that it was “messing with him.”
Devine was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported by EMS to Marshall County Hospital, where one assumes he was also provided with a hospital gown — arguably his first outfit of the evening.
