Joining us on WCBL’s Coffee Call program recently was Marcella Perkins of Marcella’s Kitchen in Benton. Marcella says they served 4,648 meals during August, many of those meals going to home bound residents. Marcella’s Kitchen operates by volunteers and donations and provides lunch Monday through Friday from 11 until 1. Meals are served at no cost to anyone, but of course donations are welcome.
