MR.SCHOPPE HAS BEEN LOCATED AND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the public in locating 29 year old male Ryan K. Schoppe. Schoppe is wanted on an outstanding warrant for burglary 1st degree, assault 4th degree, kidnapping, and theft by unlawful taking. On 01/09/2020 Deputies and Detectives responded to a call where Schoppe had forced his way into the residence of a 28 year old female. Once inside the residence the suspect assaulted the female, stole the victim’s 5 month old baby (subject believes himself to be the father of the baby), cellular phone, and victim’s 2008 Buick Enclave. The suspect later dropped the infant off at a residence in Calloway County. The infant was recovered by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, Calloway County Sheriff’s Office, and the Kentucky State Police. At this time the suspect is still at large and in possession of the victim’s vehicle. Pictured in this post is a booking photo of Schoppe and a photo of a similar vehicle as the one stolen from the victim.
