Marshall County will prosecute to fullest extent terroristic threatening

In a letter from Marshall County Superintendent Trent Lovett to parents and guardians of Marshall County students, terroristic threats were addressed, a problem that has plagued many Kentucky schools between January 23 and April 30 of the 2018 school year.

Lovett stated, such threats to students and staff will not be tolerated, and the district will “pursue immediate legal charges for terroristic threatening in the second degree, to the absolute fullest extent of the law, against anyone who makes such threats, including students.
