Dwain Warren, 65, of Melber, Kentucky passed away at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Bethel Holiness Church.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2019 at Bethel Holiness Church.
