Mr. James Russell Sweatman, age 61, of Murray, Kentucky died Monday, April 1, 2019 at Baptist Health – Paducah.
Mr. Sweatman was born November 9, 1957 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Lillian Thorn & William Russell Sweatman. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Gail Sweatman; and grandchild, Dean Sweatman. He served in the National Guard and worked at Wal-Mart.
He is survived by his wife, Patti Irby Sweatman; daughters, Angela Noonan (Mickie), Mayfield, and Katie Sweatman (Seth), Murray; son, Russell Sweatman (Jessica), Murray; sisters, Dorothy Raines, Murray, and Charlotte Dunn, Murray; brothers, David Durham, Florida, Glen Durham, Hardin, Gabriel Amos, Murray, and Jason Modglin, Murray; nine grandchildren, Mickelle, Malachi, Seth, Kenny, Jacob, Jesse, Lillie, Sophia, and Kyara; mother-in-law, Diana Irby, Murray; brother-in-law, Jimmy Irby (Teresa), Murray; and nephew, Matt Irby (Deedra), Murray.
