Christian Fellowship hosts Roundball Classic

Christian Fellowship hosted the 1st Annual Roundball Classic Saturday which wrapped up their basketball season. The Lady Eagles split their games, picking up a 61-23 win over Agape Christian (IL) and falling 56-42 to Clarksville Christian (TN), finishing runner-up to Clarksville Christian. The Lady Eagles finish with a record of 10-17.

Against Agape Christian, the Lady Eagles were led by Lillian Burnett with 12 points and Gracie Howard led with 25 points in their game against Clarksville Christian.

The Eagles won both their games to finish out their 7-21 season on three straight wins. CFS beat Joppa-Maple Grove (IL) 65-64 and Hickman County 61-57 to win the Roundball Classic. Runner-up went to Hickman County. Luke Grigg led the Eagles with 15 points against Joppa-Maple Grove and Mikey Bivin led with 17 in the win over Hickman County.

Clarksville Christian’s Lexi Rodelift won the 3-point contest with 17 while Gracie Howard came in second for CFS with 11. Chase Hutchinson from Joppa-Maple Grove won the boy’s 3-point contest with 15 and Mikey Bivin with CFS came in fourth with 10.
