Both the Marshals and Lady Marshals were in action against the Eagles and Lady Eagles of Graves County yesterday at KY Dam State Park Golf Course and both teams came away winners. The Marshals team score of 161 was 22 strokes better than the Eagles. Leading scorer for the Marshals and overall medalist was Jay Nimmo with a one under par 35. The other team scores were Camdyn McLeod and Trey Wall each with 41, Nathan Clark 44 and Drake Butler 47. Playing as individuals were Preston Futrell 45, Hayden Powell 47, Teddy Wynn 49 and Nick Dowdy 53.The Lady Marshals team score of 159 topped the Lady Eagles by 10 strokes. Medalist was Ellie West of Graves County with an even par 36. Leading the way for the Lady Marshals was Hallie Riley and Megan Hertter each with 38. Other team scores were Savannah Howell 41, Kenley Luksic 42 and Sydney Phillips 44. Playing as individuals were Elsie Riley 49 and Olivia Bucher 63.
Both teams travel to Bowling Green on Saturday to play in the Gator Invitational at Bowling Green Country Club.
