LAND BETWEEN THE LAKES, KY/TN – February 27, 2017 – Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and Kenlake State Resort Park will host the 2017 LBL Challenge Adventure Race on Saturday, March 4.
The event is coordinated by 361 Adventures, LLC, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Race headquarters are located at Kenlake State Resort Park, but the majority of the race is on Land Between the Lakes trails, legal roads, and general forest areas. Visitors to Land Between the Lakes should use caution when traveling through the area on race day.

Adventure racing is a multisport event where teams travel through unknown terrain while collecting a series of checkpoints along the way. Teams use only a map and compass to guide them through the course and must remain together for the duration of the race. Core disciplines typically include cross-country running, mountain
biking on roads and trails, orienteering, and paddling.
