(BENTON, Kentucky)-Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Risk Analyst Mallory (McNeely) Winstead to Compliance Officer and Credit Analysis/Loan Review Team Leader. She and her team are an integral part of CFSB’s Risk Management Team, which also includes Information Security, Appraisal Review and Workout Operations. This promotion, unanimously approved by CFSB President/CEO/Chair Betsy Flynn and the Community Financial Services Board of Directors, was made to ensure client service and further secure the future of CFSB.
Winstead, a class of 2002 member of Paducah Tilghman High School, graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Murray State University in August 2007. She began her career at CFSB in April 2011. Mallory has been active with Project United for the Paducah United Way. She also works with the Marshall County School District as an advisor in the 4-H’s Reality Store and Junior Achievement programs. Winstead resides in Symsonia with her husband Chad and their son, Griggs. They attend Sharpe Missionary Baptist Church.
