A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict traffic to one lane on the US 68/KY 80 Eggners Ferry Bridge at Aurora on Saturday, March 5, 2016.
The contractor will restrict traffic to one lane on the US 68/KY 80 Eggners Ferry Bridge to allow maintenance work on the existing bridge.
Motorists should be prepared to encounter one lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers between approximately 7:00 a.m., CST, and 4:00 p.m., on Saturday.
Delays should be minimal.
Motorists should slow down and use caution where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are on the bridge deck in close proximity to traffic flow.
