In a move that allows Sen. Rand Paul to run for both president and re-election to the U.S. Senate this spring, the Republican Party of Kentucky has approved a plan to replace the traditional May presidential primary election with caucuses on March 5.

The caucus will be from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Central Elementary School on Jim Goheen Drive in Draffenville.
