RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas – Austin Brown of Benton finished 7th overall at this weekend’s Rayovac FLW Series at Lake Dardanelle, Arkansas. It was his fourth top 10 of his career, three of those coming this season.
Brown sat in 8th after Day 1 with a five-fish weight of 15 lbs. 10 0zs. and moved up to 5th after his Day 2 catch of five fish weighing in at 11-10 for a two-day total of 24-4 which put him in the top 10 for Saturday’s finals.
He pulled in three fish Saturday weighing 5-10, good enough to finish 7th in the tournament, earning the angler $6,953.
Jason Lieblong of Conway, Arkansas, led from Day 1 finishing with 46-3 earning him $39,733 and a $45,000 Ranger Z518.
