Mrs. Javada Parrott Smith, age 84, of Mayfield passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.
She was a member of Trace Creek Baptist Church, a member of KY retired Teachers Association, and a retired teacher of Mayfield City Schools.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Lawrence Smith; one son, Steven (Anita) Smith of Wingo, KY; one daughter, Karen Smith of Wingo, KY; three grandchildren, Tambra Smith, Daniel Smith and C J Wolters; and two great grandchildren, Ellina Wolters and Charlie Wolters.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Flecia Gregory and her parents, Fred E. and Arvella Ray Parrott.
Funeral services for Mrs. Javada Parrott Smith will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Sr. will officiate. Interment will follow at Highland Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
