
Nancy Helen Johnson Jackson, 76, of Clinton, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Nancy was born in Hickman County on September 10, 1945 to the late Leon and Reveline Dennis Johnson. She loved the Lord with all her heart and was a longtime member of First Assembly of God in Clinton. Nancy was very artistic and loved to paint ceramics and wood working. She was also an exceptional cook and enjoyed cooking and canning for friends, family and anyone in need. Nancy loved her children and grandchildren deeply and would stand by their sides through anything. Her love of children did not end with her family as she spent much of her time helping children in need throughout her community.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Tammy (Luther) Hayes of Paducah; three sons, Timothy Jackson, Teddy (Dana) Jackson and Todd (Trayce) Jackson, all of Clinton; two sisters, Brenda Hopkins and Rita Crider, both of Fulton; two brothers, Larry (Nelline) Johnson of Paris, Tennessee and Steve Jonhson of Fulton; two grandchildren, Lacey White of Paducah and Jonathan (Caitlin) Jackson of Clinton; five great-grandchildren, Emersyn Jackson, Spencer Jackson, Aleigha White, Alianna White and Maci Mae-Lyn Myers; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clardie Jackson; her sister, Catherine Holdman; and her parents.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Oakwood Cemetery in Hickman County with Rev. Bob Risner officiating. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington is in charge of arrangements.
There will be no public visitation.
