Ronald Brotherson, 76, of Paducah, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at his residence.
Mr. Brotherson attended First Christian Church of Paducah. Ronald loved to play bridge and watch his grandchildren.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 31 years, Janet DeSpain Brotherson; two sons, Mike Brotherson (Charlotte) of Panama, Nebraska and Jim Brotherson of Lincoln, Nebraska; a step-daughter, Jennifer Reed (Ted) of Paducah; a step-son, Jonathan Durr (Nancy) of Paducah; nine grandchildren, Carly Tietmeyer (Will), Malena Brotherson, Lexy Reed, Sebastian Hammers, Jake Brotherson, Max Brotherson, Lorabelle Durr, Sophia Durr and Hannah Durr; his mother, Mildred Sloss Kent of Guthrie Center, Iowa; three brothers, Gary Brotherson of Burlington, Iowa, Doug Kent of Guthrie, Iowa and Dan Kent of Dallas, Texas; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Brotherson; his step-father, Ival Kent.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Pastor Jamie Eubanks officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 11:30 am until the service hour of 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
