Born Tuesday, January 26, 1960 in Sterling, Illinois, he was the son of the late Keith Scott and Sharon Albus Scott. He was the husband of Sharlotte Smith Scott. He was a Welder and Equipment Operator at Vulcan and attended Altona Baptist Church.
Surviving are children, Michael Scott of Alaska, Tanara Babcock, husband Wes of Calvert City, KY, Tad Scott, wife Kendra of Smithland, KY, Dustin Scott, wife Marie of Burna, KY, Brittany Wenzel, husband David of Calvert City, KY, Ashley Hines of Calvert City, KY, Katibeth Mealer of Murray, KY and Anthony Hines of Paducah, KY, brothers, Jeff Scott of Hardin, KY and Brian Scott, wife Brenda of Calvert City, KY, sisters, Paula Malone of Benton, KY and Penny Dukes of Grand Rivers, KY. Grandchildren, Kye Babcock, Trace Babcock, Braxtyn Scott, Brycen Scott, Karson Scott, Peyton Scott, Dustin Scott, Kannan Scott, Shane Wenzel, Casen Wenzel, John-Luke Hannon and KaMariah Mealer.
Funeral Services will be at Collier Funeral Chapel on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 2:30 pm.
Evan Williams and Dennis Dycus will be officiating. Visitation will be Saturday March 19, 2022 from 12;00 – 2:30 pm.
