On Wednesday October 20th Sgt. Eddie McGuire responded to Lost Creek Campground off of Moors Camp Hwy in reference to a burglary. According to a witness, Cipriano Bustos 20, of Plainfield, CT, had taken several items to local pawn shops.
Prior to deputies arriving Bustos fled on foot but was then arrested by Captain Brett Edwards the next day on a warrant out of Florida.
Bustos was also charged with Receiving Stolen Property $10,000 or more and two counts of Receiving Stolen Property U/$10,000. Bustos is being held in the Marshall County Detention on his local charges with extradition pending from the state of Florida.
