Frances Marie Townsend, 47, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Marie was born in Lexington on November 10, 1973 to Billy Ray Townsend Sr. and Grace Dalby Townsend. She was a member of the Rickman Road Baptist Church in West Paducah. Marie loved to listen to music and watch UK basketball games.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Moyers of Paducah; her brother, Billy Townsend of Paducah; two nieces, Christina Marlar and Gloria Stubblefield; and one nephew, Zachary Marlar.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Grace Townsend.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm Monday, April 26, 2021 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, April 26, 2021 at Brook Hill Cemetery.
