Marshall County Sheriff’s Office makes weekend arrests

Marshall County Sheriff’s Office responded to and initiated several calls for service over the weekend. Following is the top three highlights.

11-14-20: Marshall County Deputy observed a vehicle leaving a known drug area in the Hardin Community. The deputy observed traffic violations and initiated a traffic stop. Anthony Ruff was arrested on the following:
* Operating Motor Vehicle U/Influence 1st
* Failure to produce insurance card
* Failure to maintain insurance
* Failure to notify DOT of address change
* Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
* Possession of Methamphetamine

11-14-20: Marshall County Deputies responded to the Old Gilbertsville area in reference to a Domestic Violence complaint. Subsequently, Michael Lawrence was arrested for the following:
* Public Intoxication 1st
* Terroristic threatening 3rd
* Menacing
* Possession of Methamphetamine
* Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

11-15-20: Marshall County Deputies responded to the Beal Road area in reference to a Burglary in progress. Deputies located and arrested Kathy Dick and Meghan Chapman of Paducah. Charges are as follows:

* Burglary 3rd
* Criminal Mischief 3rd
*Possession of burglar tools
* Possession of Methamphetamine
** Meghan Chapman **
* Burglary 3rd
* Multiple McCracken County warrants

** All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law **
