UPDATE: KTC reports that the site is cleared and all lanes are now open.
The westbound lanes of Interstate 24 are blocked near the 17 mile marker due to a truck crash and fire.
Both Westbound lanes are blocked at this time and Reidland Fire Department personnel are en route. Eastbound lanes are open at this time, but could require restrictions to assist emergency response.
Detour is via Exit 27 at Calvert City to US 62 Westbound to US 68 to return to I-24 at EXIT 16 for Reidland.
