Mr. Douglas Ray “Doug” Tally, age 50, of Paducah, Kentucky died at 10:04pm Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Tally was born August 12, 1969 in Peoria, Illinois to Delbert Tally and the late Judith Chrisman Tally.
He is survived by his daughters, Sara Josleyn (Ben), Murray, and Stephanie Rogers (Brandon), Murray; father, Delbert Tally; girlfriend, Lisa England, Calvert City; sister, Diana Dixon (Dave), Bloomington, Illinois; grandchildren, Aedan Josleyn, Adalyn Josleyn, and Autumn Joselyn; and a nephew, Zach Dixon, Bloomington, Illinois.
A memorial service will be at 5:00pm Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home and friends may visit after 4:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
