Mrs. Maurice “Tip” Redden, age 97, of Mayfield passed away on Monday, September 2, 2019 at Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.
She was a member of High Point Baptist Church, a retired employee of Merit Clothing company and retired co-owner of Redden Stables.
Mrs. Redden is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, B. N. “Frog” Redden; five brothers, Harold Tompkins, Ronald Tompkins, Donald Tompkins, James Tomkins and Billy Tompkins; five sisters, Virginia Henley, Eddie Ruth Bishop, Bertie Seiler, Dorothy Taylor and Shirley Tompkins; and her parents, J. V. and Emma Lee Chesteen Tompkins.
Graveside services for Mrs. Maurice “Tip” Redden will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Cuba Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Darrick Holloman will officiate. Interment will follow.
There is no visitation scheduled. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
