Mrs. Rosetta Marie Cotton, Age 62 of Sedalia, KY passed away Sunday July 28, 2019 at her residence.
She attended His House Ministries and was a retired cook.
Mrs. Cotton is survived by one son, Douglas “DJ” Cotton Jr. of Minneapolis, MN; one daughter, Sandy Marie Cotton Roman of Sedalia, KY; six brothers, Tommy (Phyliss) Doughty of Hazel, KY, William “Willy” Doughty of Murray, KY, Keith (Ginger) Doughty of Nashville, TN, Michael Doughty of Mayfield, KY, Sidney Doughty of Texas, and Roger Doughty of Murray, KY; one sister, Tina Gail (Michael) Crews of Mayfield, KY; three grandchildren, Ashley Marie Roman, Emily Rose Cotton, and Mitchell Douglas Cotton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Cotton Sr. and her parents Fred and Rosetta Musser Doughty.
A graveside service is scheduled for 1:30PM Wednesday July 31, 2019 at the Trace Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Ronnie Stinson Sr. will officiate. Mitchell Cotton, Race Richards, Lincoln Harris, Kyler Madding, Karson Madding, Kobe Allen, Ayden Burgess, and Connor Gilpin will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until 1:30PM Wednesday July 31, 2019 at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY
