Dwain Norsworthy, 69

Dwain Dale “Hippy” Norsworthy, age 69 died at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at 3:40 pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. He was a lifelong resident of Paducah, Kentucky. He was born in 1949 to the late John Dolphus and Verda Golden Norsworthy.

He was employed by Illinois Central Railroad for 43 years. Dwain served in the United States Amry as a Military Police in Heidelberg, Germany from 1970-1972.

Dwain is survived by one sister, Regina (William) Stuckey of Decatur, Indiana, a nephew, Jarred Dwain (Allison) Stuckey of Fort Wayne Indiana, a niece Blaine (Adam) Biggs of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and longtime companion, Patricia Kell Rice of Bonnie, Illinois. Dwain is also survived by five great nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Lilly, and John Stuckey, and Jackson and Tatum Biggs all of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

A time of family and friend visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Hughes Funeral Home, 2975 Old Husbands Road, Paducah, Kentucky.
