Mr. Frank Keller, age 95, of Murray, Kentucky died at 11:52pm Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House, Murray, Kentucky.
Mr. Keller was born July 3, 1923 in Davenport, Iowa to the late Katherine Schimmel and John Keller. He resided in Canandaigua, New York prior to moving to Murray about four years ago. He received his bachelors degree from Iowa State University, served in the United States Marines during WWII, and worked as a civil engineer. He was a Gideon, member of the American Legion Post 73, attended First Baptist Church, the Senior Center, and was an avid Murray State Racer fan.
He is survived by two sons, Randal Keller (Pamela), Murray, and Jeffrey Keller (Shari), Huntsville, Alabama; two daughters, Janet Keller, Clifton Springs, New York, and Robin Keller, Delmar, Maryland; three stepsons, Matthew Palmer, Kenneth Palmer, and William Palmer, all of Canandaigua, New York; stepdaughter, Laurie Palmer, Eugene, Oregon; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A graveside service will be at 11:00am Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the Kentucky Veterans West Cemetery, Hopkinsville, Kentucky with Rev. Keith Inman officiating. Friends may visit the family from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Tuesday at the Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home.
There will no visitation on Wednesday, therefore friends and family should meet at the cemetery for the service.
