On August 21st at approximately 3:30am, Sergeant Tim Reynolds and Deputy Josh Anderson responded to a Draffenville business in reference to a report of possibly intoxicated people sitting in a car and had been there for two hours. After arrival and the ensuing investigation, Edmundo Javier Blake Aviles of West Paducah was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana and the passenger and vehicle owner James T. Lawrence of Benton was cited for Possession of Marijuana and released.
