On Wednesday 7/25/2018 around 1:50 A.M. Officer Steve Robinson responded to the area of the COOP for a collision. After his investigation, Officer Robinson determined that Mrs. Shanrah Evans was under the influence from huffing and also prescription medication. She was arrested for DUI 2nd Offense and lodged into the Marshall County jail. Sgt. Tim Reynolds from Marshall County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
