The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:
Alton Ray Borders, 50, of 352 Walton Lane, Benton was arrested on November 13, 2017 for DUI 1st offense. He was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, following another vehicle too closely, and failure to wear seat belt.
Jessica Kaylee Carr, 27, of 30 Roy Vasseur Lane, Benton was arrested on November 14, 2017 on a Graves County Warrant for receiving stolen property under $10,000. She was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified).
Glen Thomas Thorn, 32, of 1700 West Chestnut Street, Louisville was arrested on November 16, 2017 on a Parole Violation Warrant. He was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license, disregarding stop sign, reckless driving, wanton endangerment 1st degree (police officer), fleeing or evading police 1st degree (motor vehicle), and resisting arrest.
Alexander Lee Evans, 20, of 1053 East 5th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on November 17, 2017 on a Marshall County Warrant for theft by unlawful taking under $500. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a legend drug.
Lisa Birch, 51, of 404 East 4th Avenue, Calvert City was charged on November 18, 2017 with volatile substance abuse.
Melissa Loveless Brown, 49, of 550 Lutes Road, Paducah was charged on November 19, 2017 with DUI 3rd offense and reckless driving.
Jacob Wayne Vinson, 26, of 45 Arkansas Street, Calvert City was arrested on November 19, 2017 on a Marshall County Warrant for theft by unlawful taking under $500.
Maurice N. Turnbough, 59, of 973 East 6th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on November 20, 2017 on a McCracken County Warrant for theft by unlawful taking under $500 and criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
Joshua Aaron Reed, 23, of 4217 Old Benton Road, Paducah was charged on November 20, 2017 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jondaniel Elijah Cope, 39, of 742 Hickory Street, Calvert City was arrested on November 21, 2017 for DUI 2nd offense. He was also charged with failure to illuminate headlamps.
Joshua Steven Miller, 34, of 5139 Symsonia Highway, Benton was arrested on November 22, 2017 on a Marshall County Warrant for probation violation (for felony offense).
Phillip Clayton Williams, 26, of 349 East 3rd Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on November 24, 2017 for violation of conditions of release.
Shannon M. Nethery, 37, of 3620 Kelley Road, Kevil was arrested on November 25, 2017 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. She was also charged with disorderly conduct 2nd degree and terroristic threatening 3rd degree. She was also served two McCracken County Warrants for failure to appear; one Livingston County Warrant for failure to appear; and two Livingston County Warrants for contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
Larry Michael Lynch, 36, of 1447 Pickering Hill Road, Marion was arrested on November 25, 2017 for driving on a DUI suspended operators license. He was also charged with display or possession of a cancelled/fictitious operators license and disregarding a traffic control device (traffic light).
