MURRAY – The bracket has been set for the girl’s and boy’s Region One Tournament that begins on Monday at the CFSB Center at Murray State University. The Lady Marshals will play on Monday in the second game at 7:45 against District 1 winner Carlisle County. This will be the first time these two teams have played since the 2012/2013 season.
The Marshals will play 2nd District winner McCracken County Thursday, March 2 at 6:00. Marshall County and McCracken County split games during the regular season with the Marshals winning by 10 at McCracken County and losing at home to the Mustangs by four points.
Tickets for the girl’s game on Monday will go on sale in the high school gymnasium lobby at 7:30 am until 8:00 am, then until noon in the Athletic Directors office. The boy’s tickets will be sold the same way on Thursday. Ticket sales at the school are $5 for students, $7 for adults. All ticket at the CFSB center will be $7 and chair seats will be a first come first serve basis.
