West Kentucky RECC plans a brief traffic halt on Interstate 24 in Marshall County at approximately 4:30 a.m., CST, on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.
The brief traffic halt on I-24 between the 25 and 27 mile marker is to allow an overhead transmission line to be removed. Police will assist with a rolling road block to halt traffic starting around 4:30 a.m. Traffic is expected to be halted for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Motorists should be alert for slowing and stopped traffic along this section of I-24 during the early morning hours of Tuesday.
