On September 4th at approximately 11:26 pm, Deputy Dennis Lewis was dispatched to Nimmo Road in reference to a person lying in a goat pin. Upon arrival, Deputy Lewis found Stephanie J. Beale age 33 of Dexter who appeared to be very intoxicated. Deputy Lewis arrested Beale for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and she was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
On September 3rd at approximately 6:24 pm, Deputy Josh Anderson was on patrol on US 68 West. Deputy Anderson received a complaint about a reckless driver and was observing for it. He observed the vehicle described in Palma and also observed the driver of the vehicle behind it waiving and pointing at the vehicle. Deputy Anderson turned around and saw the vehicle swerve off the road kicking up dirt and grass. Deputy Anderson stopped the vehicle and conducted an investigation. As a result of the investigation, the driver, Michael X. O’Halloran age 54 of Cadiz was arrested and charged with Reckless Driving and DUI. He was lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
