NASHVILLE, Tenn.— Dove Award-winning Difference Media recording artist Canton Junction is set to bring their “Get Your Praise On” tour to Benton’s Zion’s Cause Baptist Church (1532 US Hwy 68 West) on Thursday, August 18 at 7:00 PM. Joining them will be special guest The Martins. Fans are also invited to a special food truck “Meet & Eat” at 5:30 PM where they will have the opportunity to purchase food and share a meal with the artists before the concert.

The concert is free and general admission, but donations will be accepted for Sanctuary of Hope, an outreach of Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, focusing on the building and development of an unwed mothers facility; state-of-the-art orphanage; and world class boarding school.

“We love having the opportunity to share songs from Every Hallelujah on this tour,” said Canton Junction’s Matthew Hagee. “It’s a special treat for us to get to connect with so many at the “Meet & Eat” events before the shows.”

Canton Junction’s latest recording, Every Hallelujah, debuted at #1 on Nielsen SoundScan’s Southern Gospel Overall Chart and in the Top 20 on Billboard’s Top Current Contemporary Christian chart, following its release last year. Produced by award-winning musician Garry Jones, Every Hallelujah marks the first recording to feature new members Casey Rivers (lead) and Ryan Seaton (baritone), as they join founding members Matthew Hagee and Tim Duncan on 13 powerful selections. Led by the soaring first single, “Weep No More,” the project features contributions from many of Gospel music’s finest songwriters, including Kenna West, Sue C. Smith, Lee Black, Ben Storie and Ronny Hinson, among others.

Since their debut in 2012, Canton Junction has quickly become one of southern gospel music’s most sought-after quartets. The self-titled Canton Junction featured the #1 singles “Hold On,” “The Son Shines Down On Me,” “Sweeter As The Days Go By” and “Dig A Little Deeper,” garnering a GMA Dove Award for Southern Gospel Album of the Year. In 2014 the group received the Singing News Fan Award for Favorite Southern Gospel New Traditional quartet.

Siblings, Joyce, Jonathan and Judy, collectively known as The Martins, have enjoyed countless radio hits and performances at concert halls, arenas, auditoriums and churches worldwide. After nearly a decade of pursuing individual music careers, the three reunited in 2010, and today their precedent-setting musical influence is as strong as ever. In 2011, they released their first new recording together in 10 years. New Day, distributed by Gaither Music Group, was produced by Jay DeMarcus (Rascal Flatts), and features the trio’s unmatched family harmony. In support of the release, The Martins returned to touring and found the welcome arms of audiences who have been embracing their music for decades. “Once we got back on stage,” Joyce shares, “something just clicked and felt right, so we thought, ‘If God, in His graciousness, was willing to use us again as a trio, who are we to say that He shouldn’t.”
