Paducah Man Arrested After Fleeing Deputies in Calloway County

(CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky.) — A Paducah man was arrested Saturday evening after fleeing from deputies responding to a dispute on Midway Road, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.

Daniel K. Boggs, 31, of Paducah, was taken into custody around 8:30 p.m. on September 14, 2025, after running from the scene when deputies arrived to investigate a dispute between two individuals.

During the arrest, authorities discovered that Boggs had an active warrant from the Kentucky Parole Board. Records show that Boggs was paroled in December 2024 on charges originating from Laurel County but had failed to comply with mandatory release supervision requirements.

Boggs now faces multiple charges, including:

  • Fleeing or Evading Police in the Second Degree (Class D felony)
  • Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place
  • Kentucky Parole Board Warrant

He was transported and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center following his arrest.
