Beverly Whitney Teodozow, 79 of Calvert City, KY passed peacefully from this life into the arms of Jesus at 8:00 AM, February 26, 2025, at her son’s home in Calvert City, KY. She was born on November 7, 1945 in Westchester, PA to the late Frank R. and Edna A. Whitney Kurt.

 

Beverly loved Jesus! She made sure everyone she met had the opportunity to hear about Jesus and what He did for her. She loved her family and spending time with them. She was an active member of Grace Point Church in Reidland, where her son, John pastors’. She faithfully served at her church where she was known and loved by everyone. No one escaped her notice and her loving welcome.

 

Beverly is survived by her husband of 53 years, Edward Walter Teodozow; her three sons, Bill Teodozow of Paducah, KY; Ed (Becky) Teodozow of New Castle, Delaware and John (Sara) Teodozow of Calvert City, KY; a sister, Bonnie (Gene) Edwards of Bethesda, MD; her three grandchildren, Whitney (Michael) Walz of Paducah; Emily (Jake) Hancock of Richmond, KY and Eric (Arista) Teodozow of Benton, KY; her five grandchildren, Lincoln Hancock, Titus Hancock, Caleb Hancock, Judah Hancock and Eli Walz.

 

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Gwen Cole and Darlene Kurt and three brothers, Edwin Fox, Frank Kurt and David Kurt.

 

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, March 3, 2025, at Grace Point Church in Reidland with Jacob Hancock officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Marshall County, KY.

Visitation will be after 5:00 PM Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Grace Point Church in Reidland and Monday after 10:00 AM at Grace Point Church in Reidland.
