He was of the Catholic faith. He was a retired employee of Wooden Nickel Albums, Inc. and a U.S. Army veteran.
Mr. Schuler is survived by his wife of 52 years, Diana Shelton Schuler; two brothers, Richard (Elvia “Jill”) Schuler of Sellersburg, IN and Frank (Kathy) Schuler of Jeffersonville, IN; and five sisters, Joyce Cecil of Dover, OH, Kitty Belt of Sellersburg, IN, Maggie (Bryce) Wade of New Albany, IN, Mary (Russel) Lawson of Jeffersonville, IN and Ruth (Gordon) McRae of Charlestown, IN.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Mike Schuler and Charles “Buzz” Schuler and his parents, Fred and Joyce Russ Schuler.
Visitation for Mr. Robert C. “Bob” Schuler will be 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
A celebration of Bob’s life will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at American Legion Post #204, 412 New Albany Ave., Sellersburg, IN.
