Mr. Michael Manning, Jr., age 53, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2024, at his home.
Mr. Manning was born on August 11, 1971, in Murray, Kentucky to the late Michael Edward Manning, Sr. and Carolyn Murdock. He was the co-owner and operator of Manning Custom Builders.
Survivors include his wife, Gidget (Crouch) Manning of Murray, Kentucky; they married on March 19, 1994, in Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Marcus Manning and wife Ashley and Nicholas Manning and wife Alexis all of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Melissa Johnson and husband Tim and Amanda Goodwin all of Murray, Kentucky; his two grandchildren, Miles Manning and Nate Manning both of Murray, Kentucky, whom he cherished spending time with, especially riding the side by side and splashing in the creek; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 22, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with John Dale and Darrell Beane officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery in Lynn Grove, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
