Teresa Ann Dixon (Smiley) age 61, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center on October 2, 2024.
She is survived by one sister, Robin Minnick, two daughters, Heather Adams (David) and Amber Lopez (Jose), five grandchildren, Makenzie Adams, Vanessa Adams, Zachary Lopez, Anthony Lopez, and Jose Lopez Jr., and one great grandchild. One niece and one nephew.
She was loved dearly by family, friends, and much of the community. She will be missed by all.
