On 09/06/2024, Rebecca Parker (34) of Hardin KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for the charge of contempt of court.
On 09/07/2024, Heath Wiederin (45) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for the charge of failure to appear.
On 09/09/2024, Shawn Reeves (45) of Benton KY, was arrest and charged with menacing. Deputies responded to the hospital due to Mr. Reeves being out of control while in the lobby. Mr. Reeves had been repeated asked to leave but refused and started acting aggressive/threatening toward EMS employees and deputies.
On 09/07/2024, Hannah Guthrie (41) of Hardin KY, was arrested when the vehicle she was operating was stopped on Aurora Hwy. Ms. Guthrie was found to be operating the vehicle with an expired license. Ms. Guthrie was also charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 09/07/2024, Monte Clark (50) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Livingston County circuit court for the charge of probation violation.
On 09/05/2024, Donald Fannin (41) of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Graves Circuit court for the charge of probation violation.
On 09/05/2024, Madison Lafever (28) of Wingo KY, was arrested on an indictment warrant for the charge of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On 09/09/2024, Cody Baker (34) of Cunningham KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Todd District Court for the charge of probation violation.
On 09/06/2024, Robert J Dunigan (47) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with Forgery 2nd degree following an investigation into a missing side by side from Graves County. Detectives discovered that Mr. Dunigan had applied for a second title for the ATV and forged signature to transfer the ATV to himself. On 09/12/2024, Mr. Dunigan was served 3 warrants in reference to this case. All these warrants were issued out of Graves District Court. The first warrant charged Dunigan with Perjury 1st degree, the next warrant was for tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking $10,000<$1,000,000. and criminal trespassing 2nd degree and the last warrant was for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.
On 09/11/2024, Luke Hill (30) of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking $1000 < $10,000. These charges stem from an investigation into a missing utility trailer from the Jonathan Creek Water District office. Mr. Hill drove up and hooked to the trailer and drove away with it on the 28th of August. The trailer has not been recovered at this time. It is described as a black 10ft, dovetail with gate and wood floor.
