Jeanne Greenup, 74, of Symsonia passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Mercy-Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.
Jeanne worked as a caregiver to the elderly and homemaker. She was of the Church of Christ Faith. She enjoyed reading, cooking, drinking coffee, and spending time with her family. She would always put others before herself.
Surviving are her three children, Larry D. Hall, Gloria (Scotty) Clark, James (Angela) Clark; three sisters, Heather Armstrong, Karen Matthews, Beverly Matthews; her mother, Delores Matthews; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Greenup; her father, Willie Matthews; and two brothers, Kevin Matthews and Gary Matthews.
