Frances Harrington, 94 of Calvert City, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.
Frances was born in Martin, Tennessee on February 6, 1930 to the late Doyle Priestley and Ruby Riggs Priestley. She enjoyed reading, drawing, creating ceramics, photography and playing the organ and piano. Frances was a member of Bible Union Baptist Church in Martin, TN.
She is survived by two sons, Paul Harrington, III (Debbie) of Versailles, KY and James Priestley Harrington (Angela) of Benton, KY; one daughter, Mary Ellen Nelson (Ronnie) of Benton, KY; eight grandchildren, Paul Harrington IV, Nick Harrington, Bradley Harrington, Jesse Nelson, Kristen Nelson Carper, Austin Harrington, Ian Harrington, Abbey Harrington; nine great-grandchildren, Gavin Harrington, Mindy Harrington, Emma Harrington, Paul Harrington V, Owen Harrington, Mackenzie Elkins, Kit Carper, Quinn Carper, Finley Harrington; two great, great-grandchildren, Olivia Harrington and Oaklynn Harrington.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Paul Harrington, Jr.; one sister, Mary Lucile Sharrock; and her parents.
All services are private. Interment will be in East Side Cemetery, Martin, TN.
