Jack R. Studie, age 76, of Murray, Kentucky, peacefully passed away at 6:15 A.M. Thursday, April 4, 2024.

Jack was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on Wednesday, January 14, 1948 to Jack and Margaret Studie. As a devoted pastor and cherished community mentor, he carried his faith and family values throughout his purposeful life. Alongside his beloved wife Judy, Jack embodied the spirit of service, traveling the world to spread love and support through their ministry. His influence was not confined within the walls of the church; as a proud Kentucky Colonel, he extended his impact far into his community, always eager to help others on their paths. Jack will be remembered for the love he had for his family, and the counless lives he touched.

Mr. Studie is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Robertson (Debra) of Murray; his son, Matthew Studie (Wendell R. Tucker) of Hickory, Kentucky; his sister, Freddie Martin of Leesburg, Florida; his granddaughter, Alexandra,Robertson; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Geneva and William Holloway.

Mr. Studie was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Judith Ann Mercer Studie; his son Edwin R. Studie; his parents, Jack Studie and Margaret Elaine Cranford Studie.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 8, 2024 at Milner& Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jason Logsdon officiating. A private burial will take place at Potageville Cemetery in Missouri.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the funeral home.
