Racheal B. Mann, 22, of 1900 Main Street, Apt. #4B, Eldorado, IL was arrested on
February 16, 2016 by Officer Brian Coleman for trafficking in controlled
substances 1st degree 1st offense (> or = 2 gms methamphetamine), possession of
marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance
not in proper container 1st offense, possession of controlled substance 1st
degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), 2 counts of disorderly conduct 2nd
degree, 2 counts of criminal mischief 3rd degree, 2 counts of resisting arrest,
and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
Zachary T. Bunyan, 22, of 723 Holland Road, Benton was arrested on February 16,
2016 by Officer Matthew Humble for trafficking in controlled substances 1st
degree 1st offense (> or = 2 gms methamphetamine), possession of controlled
substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified), prescription controlled
substance not in proper container 1st offense, possession of marijuana,
possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a legend drug. He
was also served a Marshall County warrant for probation violation (for technical
violation).
Benjamin A. Smith, 39, of 217 Alamo Road, Calvert City was arrested on February
18, 2016 by Officer Wes Babcock on a Marshall County warrant for failure to
appear.
Justin W. Brantley, 31, of 462 Dianne Drive, Eddyville was arrested on February
18, 2016 by Officer Mike Canon for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
