Ms. Harper was a Bookkeeper at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and a construction company, and she was a member of Central Church of Christ of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by one niece, Nancy (Gary) Hutchison of Paducah; two nephews, Charles (Peggy) Harper of Seattle, WA, Michael (Debbie) Summers of Paducah.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Teddy Joseph Harper and Emma (Dedrick) Harper; one brother, Pruden McCoy Harper; one nephew, Bobby Summers.
There will be no service of visitation.
