Mr. Charles “Charlie” Eugene Michael, age 47, of Strunk, Kentucky, formerly of Murray, Kentucky, passed away, Monday, February 26, 2024, at his residence.
Mr. Michael was born in Hobart, Indiana on January 13, 1977.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Eugene Michael who passed away in 2014; maternal grandparents, James and Charity Garland; paternal grandmother, Betty Jo Miller; as well as his paternal step-grandfather, Bill Miller.
Survivors include his mother, Sandra Garland Michael of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Anne Michael Sneed and husband Richard Christopher of Kaufman, Texas; one half-sister, Courtnye Wilson of Okeechobee, Florida; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as his fur babies, Corn Flake and Izzy.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Bro. Ronnie Burkeen officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnett Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
