On Jan 28, 2024, at approximately 5:40pm deputies were called to a residence Jones
Sparkman Road in Lynn Grove. The homeowner reported that a vehicle had driven up
their driveway, ran over their zero-turn lawn mower and struck their house. Upon
deputies’ arrival is was believed that the driver was intoxicated. She refused medical
treatment. She was lodged on the below listed charges at the Calloway County Detention
Center.

On Jan 26, 2024 at approximately 7:30pm deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 641N and Hwy 80. The passenger was found to be in possession of illicit drugs and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility on the below listed charges.

On Jan 23, 2024, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Ky 80E near Palestine Church Road for traffic infractions. Kentucky State Police deployed their K-9 to conduct an open-air sniff around the vehicle. The K-9 alerted to the odor of narcotics, especially the driver’s door. Inside the door cavity they located suspected methamphetamine weighing approximately 28 grams total, a quantity of Xanax, along with various forms of drug paraphernalia. The driver, Timothy Foster, was arrested and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center on the below listed charges. Foster was found guilty of trafficking drugs in 1991 after being charged in 1989.

On Jan 25, 2024, at approximately 4:00pm deputies were serving a bench warrant on the below listed subject while at the Calloway County Detention Center. He was found to be in possession of illicit drugs. He was lodged on the charges listed below. He was last found guilty of manufacturing and trafficking methamphetamine in 2020 by the Calloway County Circuit Court.

On Jan 24, 2024, at approximately 3:30pm deputies attempted to serve a court papers to an address on Gilbert Street in Hazel. Two females were at the residence when deputies observed what was believed to be illicit drugs present. They were given commands to sit on the porch while a search warrant was obtained. They did not comply and became actively resistant. One of the individuals, Camie Wetter, then went to the door and released a pit bull which bit one of the deputies on the leg causing minor injury. Both females were detained. Wetter was arrested and charged with the below listed charges after finding a quantity of Oxycodone consistent with trafficking and other pills that were not believed to be prescribed to her. The second female was cited with a court date on misdemeanor charges and left to tend to a child that was in the home.
