The following order has been announced by Marshall County Judge-Executive Kevin Neal:
As you all have probably already heard, we are eliminating our Animal
Control Department effective 03/01/16. Animal Control will then be taken
over by the Animal Shelter and their staff that will have the proper
training to fulfill the responsibilities. With this restructure, Animal
Control will be available Monday–Friday from 8:00-4:30 and on-call on an
emergency basis. We believe this will help in the management and efficiency
of these responsibilities.
