Piper Aaliyah Crittendon-Green, of Mayfield, passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Mercy Health- Lourdes Hospital.
Piper was born on August 6, 2023 to Christa Crittendon and Dominik Green.
She is survived by her parents, one sister, Gemma Crittendon, her grandparents, Dawn Gray “Gigi”, Mike Gray “Papa”, Jeff Crittendon “Pops” and Melanie Stewart; and two uncles, Will Crittendon “Wunk” and Cooper Crittendon “Crunk”
There will be no services for Piper at this time.
Collier Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
