Janna Page York, 62, passed away at her home in Benton, Kentucky on August 5, 2023 after a short battle with cancer. She was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church in Benton. She was the Executive Director of West Kentucky Allied Services, Inc. of Mayfield where she was an employee for over 40 years. She was a 1979 graduate of Sedalia High School and was a four-year starter for the Lady Lions basketball team including the 1976 Kentucky State Tournament quarterfinalists.

Janna was born on June 30, 1961 to Anna Jane Page of Bell City, Kentucky and the late Richard Page. She loved her family and nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with them. She was an avid fan of Graves County High School basketball and a constant supporter of whichever sport her two grandsons were playing at the moment.

Janna is survived by her husband Tim York of Benton; daughter Tia Hall Hughes of Wingo; grandsons Darrell Hughes and Gaige Hughes of Wingo; step son Jacob York and wife Galen of Roswell, Georgia; mother Anna Jane Page of Bell City; sister Melanie Page of Bell City and sister in law Cheryl Ladd and husband Doug of Morganfield, KY.

Janna was preceded in death by her father Richard Page and her first husband Darrell Hall.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday August 9, 2023 at 11:00 am at the Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joel Frizzell officiating.

Burial will follow at Story Chapel Cemetery in Calloway County, KY.

Visitation will be Tuesday August 8, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Collier Funeral Home, Inc. located at 211 W. 5th Street Benton, KY 42025.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Marcella’s Kitchen 868 Guy Mathis Dr. Benton, KY 42025.
