Maria Lissuzzo, age 72, of Benton, KY, died Thursday, July 20, 2023, at her residence in Benton, KY. Ms. Lissuzzo was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church in Aurora, KY.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph Anthony Lissuzzo and the late Pauline Louise (Sparacino) Lissuzzo. She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Russell and Louis Lissuzzo and one sister: Rosalia Scislowicz.
Ms. Lissuzzo is survived by one son: Phillip Lissuzzo and his wife Jodie of Benton, KY; one sister: Paulette McDougal of Wheaton, IL; three grandchildren: Nicholas, Madison, and Dominic Hooper; two great grandchildren: Hailey and Brooklyn Hooper and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Funeral services will be at St. Henry’s Catholic Church at 11:00 AM, Monday, July 24, 2023, with Father Greg Trawick officiating.
